How it works
First Visit
Your first visit includes a full consult, exam, adjustment, and soft tissue work, which may include IASTM, cupping, or neuromuscular massage.
Duration: 60 minutes
Follow-Up Visits
This visit includes quick check in, adjustment and soft tissue work.
Duration: 30 minutes
Extended follow-up visits available in 45, 60, 75, or 90 minute sessions.
Corrective Exercise & Movement Therapy
One-on-one, focused movement retraining to support healing, reduce re-injury, and build strength where your body needs it most.
Can be booked on its own or added to a follow-up for deeper recovery work.
Duration: 30 minutes
What it costs
New patient visit: $150
Follow up: $100
Extended follow up: $125 - $250
Corrective exercise and movement therapy: $100 or
$50 if added on to any other visit
