FAQs

Are there travel fees?

Only if you live outside of the Queen Creek/San Tan Valley area.

What kind of chiropractic care do you offer?

I offer personalized, hands-on chiropractic care that focuses on restoring alignment, improving movement, and calming the nervous system. Every visit is tailored to your body’s needs that day—whether that’s an adjustment, soft tissue work, movement guidance, or just slowing down to breathe. As a prior massage therapist, I place a lot of emphasis on soft tissue techniques.

Do you treat kids or pregnant mamas?

Yes! As long as it’s appropriate and safe, I absolutely care for kiddos and pregnant women. I adjust gently, and always with intention. For littles, that might mean light pressure or soft mobilizations. For expecting mamas, we focus on comfort, balance, and easing those pregnancy-related aches (looking at you, low back and hips). If something’s outside my scope, I’ll help you find the right provider.

Do you accept insurance?

I don’t bill insurance, but I can provide a superbill for reimbursement if your plan allows it. Most patients find that paying directly gives them more flexibility, clarity, and access to care that isn’t dictated by insurance red tape.

I am currently in process of being certified as a community care provider for Veterans.

What should I wear for the appointment?

Comfy, stretchy clothes are perfect—think athletic wear or anything you can move in. You won’t need to undress, and I’ll always make sure you feel safe and respected.

Can I get adjusted on the first visit?

If it’s clinically appropriate, yes. Your first visit includes an in-depth conversation, exam, and your first adjustment/treatment if it’s safe and indicated. Most likely, yes.

Can I book just one visit?

Absolutely. There’s no pressure to commit to anything. I’m here to help you feel better, whether that’s one session or ongoing care. Discounts are given for those purchasing packages.

Do I need X-rays to get started?

Not usually. I will refer out for imaging if something in your history or exam gives me reason to investigate further. I’ve made some local connections and X-rays are typically between $45 - $85 depending on how many images we need. I’m trained to listen to your body, not just look at pictures of it.

What if I cant afford care?

I get it. Healing shouldn’t be a luxury. I offer care packages to make things more affordable over time, and I also set aside a portion of donations/tips to sponsor care for someone in need. If you’re struggling, talk to me. We’ll find a way.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Life happens. I just ask for as much notice as possible so I can offer that time to someone else. Please don’t ghost me. It’s awkward to show up to someones house and stand there knocking with all my gear in tow. I’ll probably leave a passive aggressive sticky note on your door and you’ll be banned forever. Plus it would hurt my feelings.
