Terms of service

As a mobile healthcare provider, safety and professionalism are essential to maintaining quality care. By receiving services from The Called Co., you acknowledge and agree to the following: 

- A valid photo ID and intake forms must be submitted prior to the initial visit. 

- The provider must be informed of any individuals or animals present during the appointment. 

- Appointments are held at the residential or business address listed in the intake, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 

 

The provider reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or end a visit at any time if:  

- The environment is unsafe 

- There are unexpected guests 

- There is harassment, inappropriate behavior, or safety concerns 

- Bad vibes

-Any inappropriate or threatening conduct will result in immediate termination of care and may be reported to the proper authorities. 

These policies are in place to protect the safety and dignity of both the patient and provider, and to ensure a respectful, professional experience at every visit.
