  • Chiropractic adjustments are precise, hands-on techniques used to restore normal motion and function to joints that aren’t moving well, especially in the spine. When a joint becomes stiff or restricted, it can lead to pain, muscle tension, and altered movement patterns. By applying a gentle, controlled force to these areas, adjustments help reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and support the body’s natural ability to move and heal. Many people feel immediate relief, while others notice gradual improvement in posture, flexibility, and nervous system regulation over time. Adjustments are tailored to your unique needs and comfort level, and are often combined with soft tissue work or corrective exercise for lasting results.

  • This technique includes neuromuscular massage, PNF stretching, and somatic techniques to release chronic tension and retrain dysfunctional movement patterns. By working directly with your nervous system, we help overactive muscles relax and underactive muscles wake up, creating better balance and alignment.

It’s ideal for people dealing with postural strain, old injuries, or movement restrictions that just won’t go away with basic stretching or massage. Unlike traditional massage, this approach is active, intentional, and results-focused. You’ll stay clothed during the session and may be guided through resisted stretching or breathwork to help reset your muscle tone and improve mobility.

  • Cupping is a soft tissue technique that uses suction to reduce muscle tension, improve blood flow, and support healing. Research shows cupping can decrease pain and inflammation while increasing range of motion, making it a powerful complement to chiropractic care (Lauche et al., 2012).

I use both static and dynamic cupping to help release tight fascia and improve mobility without the pressure of deep tissue work. Patients often describe it as a “reverse massage” that leaves them feeling looser, lighter, and more relaxed. It’s especially helpful for chronic tension, postural strain, and active recovery.

  • IASTM uses specialized tools to apply controlled microstimulation to soft tissues, helping to break down scar tissue, improve fascial mobility, and stimulate the body’s natural healing response. Studies show IASTM can increase range of motion, reduce pain, and accelerate recovery by boosting local circulation and fibroblast activity (Cheatham et al., 2016; Hammer & Pfefer, 2005).

It’s especially useful for treating chronic tightness, post-injury restrictions, and overuse syndromes like plantar fasciitis or IT band pain. Unlike traditional deep tissue massage, the instruments allow for more precision and less strain, getting deeper without going harder. Most patients describe it as a “good sore,” and many notice immediate improvements in flexibility and relief. I often pair IASTM with movement therapy or chiropractic adjustments for longer-lasting results.

  • When we can see how your body moves, we can see how to help it heal. Using a simple video, either recorded in your session or sent in from home, AI technology measures your range of motion and movement patterns with pinpoint accuracy.

This gives us a clear, visual path for your care: where you’re moving well, where you’re restricted, and how those changes evolve over time. It’s like having “progress pictures” for your mobility, only smarter, and backed by data we can use to make every visit count.

  • Corrective exercise focuses on identifying and fixing faulty movement patterns that contribute to pain, tension, or poor posture. Using evidence-based strategies from functional movement and rehabilitation science, we guide you through specific exercises to inhibit overactive muscles, activate underused ones, and restore proper alignment and control.

This approach isn’t about getting a killer workout, it’s about retraining your body to move efficiently and pain-free in real life. Whether you’re recovering from injury, battling chronic tension, or just trying to improve how your body moves, corrective exercise can bridge the gap between feeling better and staying better. Sessions are tailored to your body’s specific needs and often include breath work, band work, stability drills, and mobility training.

We often combine this with soft tissue therapy or adjustments for a full-spectrum approach to healing and performance.
